Program Enrollment

Once you submit your registration form and payment, your child’s spot in the program is secured. Space is limited, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

The full program fee of $549 is due at the time of registration. We accept ACH bank transfers and Zelle. Please follow the instructions provided after registration.

Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel:

• 30+ days before your session: You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.

• Less than 30 days before the first session: We’re unable to offer refunds, but you may request credit toward a future session, space permitting.

If KidSense Learning must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future session.

Attendance & Make-Up Policy

Each session consists of three classes. Because our programs are carefully designed for small groups, we’re unable to offer make-up days or partial refunds for missed classes.

Health & Safety

Your child’s well-being is our top priority. If your child is feeling unwell or showing signs of illness, please keep them home to protect the health of all children and staff. In the event of an emergency, we will contact the parent or guardian listed on your registration form.

Liability

While we take every precaution to create a safe and nurturing environment, participation in any program involves a degree of risk. By enrolling, you agree to release and hold harmless KidSense Learning, its staff, and its affiliates from any liability for injury or loss that may occur during program hours.

Communication

You’ll receive email updates before and during the program to keep you informed. Please make sure the email you provide during registration is one you check regularly.
